Getting started
Your first 10 minutes, step by step.
Sign up
- Tap Start free.
- Type your email. Make a password with at least 12 letters.
- Tick the box to agree, then press Start free.
- You see Check your email. Open that email and tap the link. The link works for 2 days.
- No email? Wait 5 minutes and check your junk folder. Then Log in and we send a new link.
- Typed the wrong email? Tap Fix it.
Answer 7 quick questions
- We ask your business name, your work, your town, your phone, your email and your hours.
- On most questions, just tap your answer. You go to the next one by yourself.
- No phone or email to show? Tap Skip, no phone or Skip, no email.
- Last, check your website name. Tap Edit name to change it.
- Press Make my website.
Check your first draft
- Pick a look. You can change it any time.
- On Start here, press Check my first draft.
- Change anything that is not right in Edit my site.
- Add a few photos of your real work in Photos.
- Press Publish changes. Then press Publish changes again on Review and publish.
- You see Your website is live! Tap Copy link or Text the link to share it.
Log in next time
- Tap Log in. Type your email and password.
- We may send a 6-digit code to your email. Type it in, then press Continue.
- Forgot your password? Tap Forgot your password?, then Send me a link.
Find your way around
- On a computer, the menu is on the left. The page you are on is marked in blue.
- On a phone, the bar at the bottom has Home, Edit, Photos, Messages and Menu.
- Tap Menu to see every part of the builder. Sign out is at the bottom of it.
- The line at the top of each page shows where you are. Tap a part of it to go back.
What's new
- Open What's new to see new things we added.
- Each note says what changed and where to find it.
Tip: Start with Start here. It shows a short list of what is left to do.
