Draft and publish
How changes go live, and how to undo them.
Your draft
- Changes in the editor, My pages and Look & colours save by themselves as a draft.
- Visitors do not see the draft. Take your time.
- Your business info, blog posts and projects save straight to your site.
Review and publish
- When you see You have unpublished changes, press Publish changes.
- The Review and publish page opens. It lists your Changes since last publish.
- Want a look first? Press Preview my draft.
- Press Publish changes to make them live.
Your website is live
- After you publish, a card says Your website is live! The next times, it says Your changes are live.
- Press View my website to see it.
- Press Copy link, Share… or Text the link to send it to people.
Undo a change
- Press Undo last change. It takes back one change at a time, up to 20.
- Undo works on every plan. It only changes your draft.
- Want to start over? Press Discard draft. Your editor goes back to the live website.
Undo a publish
- Go to Saves.
- Press Undo my last publish. Your website goes back to how it was before.
- We keep a copy first, so you can change your mind. This needs the paid plan.
Tip: Each time you publish, we keep the old version in Saves.
